Returns & Exchanges

If something is not quite right, we are here to make returns and exchanges simple.

Our policy

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method once your return has been received and inspected.

How to return

1. Email sales@capsulparis.com with your order number and the pieces you would like to return or exchange.
2. We will reply with your return instructions and address.
3. Pack the pieces securely in their original packaging and send them using a tracked service.
4. We will email you when your return has been processed.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Let us know when you request your return and we will reserve your new size, subject to availability.

Exceptions

Made-to-order or altered pieces, and pieces marked as final sale, cannot be returned unless faulty. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs and we will put it right.
