Every order is carefully packed and dispatched with tracked express delivery from our UK or China warehouse.

Dispatch

In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Pre-order pieces are dispatched within 4 weeks or as shown on the product page; if your order contains both, it ships together once everything is available unless you ask us to split it.

You will receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order leaves us.

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and exclude weekends and public holidays. Occasionally customs or courier delays may add time.

Duties & taxes

All prices mentioned at checkout includes import duties and VAT and customer will not need to pay anything on top upon receiving the order.
