These terms apply to all orders placed on this website, operated by CAPSUL PARIS, Lion House, Ascot, SL5 9JL, United Kingdom. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Orders

When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.

2. Pre-orders

Pre-order items are paid for at the time of order and dispatched within the estimated window shown on the product page. Estimated dates may change; if a delay is significant we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected and include applicable taxes where stated at checkout. Delivery charges, and any duties where applicable, are shown before you pay. Payment is taken in full when you place your order.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns and refunds

You may return eligible items in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges policy. This does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights in relation to faulty goods and, where applicable, your right to cancel a distance contract.

6. Product information

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and natural materials such as leather may show natural variations.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to CAPSUL PARIS or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the price paid for the relevant order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
